With a huff, he carefully removes her shoes and tucks a blanket around her. 

For a moment, he simply stands there, watching the gentle rise and fall of her chest, his mind racing.

With a heavy sigh, Ramesy turns and exits the room, closing the door behind him gently.

In a daze, he makes his way to his study, his footsteps unsteady as he replays Robin's unexpected kiss over and over again in his mind. 

Where did she even learn how to kiss like that?!

Reaching his liquor stash, Ramesy pours himself a generous glass of his favorite whiskey, the amber liquid sloshing against the sides of the tumbler. 

He brings the glass to his lips, taking a long, desperate sip, as if the burning sensation of the alcohol could somehow dull the whirlwind of emotions coursing through him.

"Why did she do that?" he mutters to himself, the words barely audible as presses the drink against his pounding head.
