Winter's forgiveness was all Sebastian wanted in his life. 

He hugged Winter tightly and buried his face on her shoulder. He made sure to listen to her heartbeat, making sure that she was still alive, and he was not dreaming. 

"You don't know how many nightmares I went through just for this, Winter," Sebastian muttered. "If this is just a dream, then please let it stay forever. I don't care if I have to be stuck in this dream for the rest of my life."

Winter patted his back and assured him, "Can you feel my body heat? That's the proof that I'm alive, and we've gotten our second chance."

"Yes, I've gotten my second chance. I've mended my mistake," Sebastian mumbled, letting his words sink in completely. "Please don't let me go, I want to stay like this for a while, Winter."

"I won't let you go this time. I promise."
