The envelope, surprisingly, had been washed clean by the rain. Moon, as soon as she saw it, crumpled it up angrily and threw it back into the trash can, then turned around to kick a random chest that was overflowing with gold chains.
"Nothing! All that for nothing!"
Moon felt a buzzing sound near her ear as the water spirits materialized out of thin air. Drops of water snaked upwards from the floorboards, leaving stains in their wake, and clustered together into multiple humanoid figures that scurried to clear the room of clutter. Soon Moon was left standing in a nearly empty room, where everything that could be broken was swept away by the chattering spirits.
Moon sighed and sat down. There was no point in being angry, then. It was just how things had turned out. Next, she turned her sights to Supernova. He was obviously up to something - but she didn't care what it was since nothing would be revealed anyway. Secrets were rather impossible sometimes.
Then, perhaps she could try and make Terra into Proxima without her knowing. She could already do magic, even if she didn't know she was an embodiment. And her water spirits could control anything that had water in it. Such as animals? Could they - the water spirits - control an animal and lure Terra into wherever Moon wanted her?
Moon thought for a minute and then stood up again. The water spirits had watched her yell, kick, sigh, sit, stand, and now she was seemingly deep in thought, spinning a web of trickery.
"Guys. What type of animal would be easiest to control?" Moon asked nobody in particular. The water spirits were silent for a minute, whispering amongst themselves before a single liquid voice cried out.
"Sparrows. Their brains are the size of peanuts. Moreover, Terra talks to them a fair amount."
