Yesterday, I looked for Macaron outside when class has ended but he was nowhere to be found so I hurriedly went to my room. Luckily, he was there. He must have teleported back when he sensed something was wrong with him.

I found him on the bed but he's not moving. It's almost as if he's dead. I quickly checked his pulse and thankfully, I can still hear his heart beating. Probably because of the update.

I sat in front of him, carefully checking if he's still breathing while looking at the hologram infront of me. I couldn't help but feel a mix of curiosity and anxiousness. Curious because of what the new features this supposedly "amazing" update would bring and anxious because up until now it's still stuck on the 77% mark and Macaron is still not awake.

There are many thoughts going around my head when my smartwatch suddenly buzzed to life. I pulled it off my wrist and checked the screen.
