I wasn't certain of how she was able to figure out the fact that I was pregnant, but it was obvious that she could tell from the look in her eyes right now.

I slowly nodded my head in response after a few long moments, while tightening my arms around my middle.

The squeak she let out in response was an excited one and she visibly vibrated in her seat like she was trying to hold herself back.

"Oh my gosh, how did it happen??" She whispered in clear excitement and I found myself huffing out a laugh, feeling shy all of a sudden.

"Uh, it just kind of happened." I responded quietly, cheeks flushing a little in embarrassment, because getting pregnant was a proof of having sex.

And having sex is, well, embarrassing.

She squealed this time with her hands clasped before her. "I'm so happy for you, congratulations."

I felt my cheeks start to hurt from how hard I was smiling. I felt light, the lightest I've felt in a while.
