"Huff, Huff, Huff..."

Aisam stood and breathed heavily, his arms dangling to the sides, and his head down. A rapier in his right hand.

Countless weapons were scattered all around him. From longsword to battleaxes and bows. Most of them were broken in one way or the other as they became unusable. Some usable ones closer to him as spare weapons.

The solid ground of cobblestone pavements he was standing on had turned into dirty and broken ground. The occasional rain supplemented the dirt.

A murky water fountain stood miles away from him. Or rather... a broken fountain. Broken in half, with slash traces, holes all over it, and murky water flowing continuously despite all these.

Odd-shaped houses were to the sides of him from where he stood up to the water fountain where there was an intersection, and the houses continued straight to the sides passing the fountain.
