章節 15: God King Derilem
-Unknown Location-
Inside of a beautifully decorated room the color red was abundant.
The wallpaper was a shade of burgundy with multiple objects around the room sharing a similar color scheme.
Even the giant luxurious bed was velvet in color. Only the beauty resting atop of it was adorned in a white dress, breaking the pattern.
She had long black hair with two white flowers on each side of her head.
Her eyes were closed as she laid there, her black eyelashes trembling occasionally.
Suddenly, a dark space appeared as another beautiful woman stepped out and into the room.
The new entry had darker skin with braided white hair that draped down her shoulders.
Her bright purple eyes looked at the one resting on the bed before speaking.
"Hey."
The woman on the beds eyes slowly opened, her glowing red irises showing displeasure at having been awakened.
"Yes, Nyxaria? I'm assuming it's important. I have to conserve energy." The woman on the bed responded.
Nyxaria had a blank expression before she continued speaking.
"Sorry for the interruption. But, Celestia has been preparing the materials to descend into the mortal realm." After these words, the facial expression of the bed beauty froze.
"What? Why would she do that…?"
"Based on some intel, Maybe she's being forced to? There are some God Kings that have been pestering her lately—" Before Nyxaria could finish speaking, a yell was heard through space.
[CELESTIA! YOU HAVE 60 BREATHS OF TIME TO APPEAR IN FRONT OF ME!!]
Suddenly, she felt a killing intent flood the room.
While it wasn't directed at her, the sheer power from it made her tremble, but her expression remained calm.
"Who dares?! I want a name and a location right now!"
Nyxaria nodded before placing her hands together, a strange black light appearing and expanding before wrapping the two of them in it.
Within seconds they disappeared from the room.

"All hail God King of Blood Derilem! He has become the strongest of all!"
In a different location, festivities were being held as people danced and sung.
The protagonist of the event was a very large man who sat contentedly in a throne, stuffing a pile of meat into his mouth.
"Bahahaha! That's right you trash, I am the strongest god! Bahahaha!" Derilem slapped his thigh and laughed, his open mouth showing the food he was still chewing.
The women next to him had disgust in their eyes but kept a smile on their faces.
"Congratulations sir, now Celestia has to marry you!" One of his attendants applauded.
"Marry?! Hah, not anymore! She's ignored me too many times! Now with my strength, who's going to stop me?!" Derilem shouted, his aura surging during his anger accidentally killed one of the women on his lap.
"Tch. I'm running out of pets!" Flicking the corpse off of him, Derilem took a deep breath before shouting.
"CELESTIA! YOU HAVE 60 BREATHS OF TIME TO APPEAR IN FRONT OF ME!! IF YOU FAIL TO SHOW YOU WILL FACE THE WRATH OF THE KING OF GODS!!!!"
His voice seemed to travel through the air, surely reaching their target.
After his shout, he sat back in his chair excitedly awaiting her arrival.
"What is this—aHH!"
Not even 3 breaths later, someone in the crowd spoke before a yell resounded.
Derilem looked at the commotion and saw a person split in half as a space of darkness opened where the man sat.
He raised his eyebrow at the intrusion before smiling.
"Bahahaha! How quickly you've arrived!" He was expecting Celestia to step out of the space but was instead greeted by a head of white hair.
Seeing the woman, the bodies of everyone went cold.
Derilem was an exception, he saw the beauty of the intruder and smiled.
"Welcome! Did you want to join up with this King?! Bahaha!" Seeing the stares from everyone, Derilem turned to his advisor and asked what was wrong.
"s-she is…Night Goddess Nyxaria…a God King!!"
Hearing the word 'God King' made Derilem relax. After all, even though he was new he was the strongest God King of all time!
Before he could speak, another figure stepped out of the portal.
She was even more stunning but the aura her body gave off terrified even Derilem.
"Are you the God King?"
Hearing her speak, Derilem was so scared he couldn't even open his mouth to respond.
"Ugh…you there! Is he the God King?" Seeing that the big man would be of no help, she pointed at one of the people sitting down.
Being pointed at so suddenly, the person who was called upon quickly nodded in confirmation.
Getting the answer she wanted, she smiled.
"You've been harassing Celestia, correct?" She spoke to Derilem again while lowering the pressure.
Being able to breathe again, he hurriedly spoke as his attendant just notified him about her identity.
"Goddess Lumaria! I have heard about your upcoming war with Celestia and I think we should side together! We both want her taken down!" Derilem spoke, thinking it would be perfect if he could get the favor of such a powerful goddess.
"I will supply you with how ever many soldiers you need, all of them will be at the Demi-God level! All I ask is that you allow me to take Celestia prisoner! I promise to put her to good use—" Before Derilem could finish his sentence he felt the pressure coming from Lumaria climb rapidly.
"Mind your tongue! Not even an inch of you will come close to her!" Lumaria raised her hand and backhanded towards Derilem.
Through the air the impact landed squarely on his chest, blasting him backwards, destroying his throne and poor subordinates in his path.
"Ha…*Blegh*….Bitch! I'm the King of Gods! You should be honored to work with me!" Vomiting the food he just ate, Derilems temper took over his rationality as he cursed angrily.
He was new to this place as he came from the void. In the past he was the strongest god in his area and never faced a situation like this. But now, some random woman popped up and nearly decimated him with a single slap.
"Don't overestimate yourself. There's only one man worthy of that title, and you're far from him!" Disgusted with being in the ants presence, Lumaria spent no more time on him and raised her slender finger.
A tiny speck of black and red shot out of it and touched him.
"AHHH!!!!!!" His screams erupted as the tiny speck began to eat away at his body.
First it began to eat his divinity, slowly stripping him of his godhood.
The process was pretty quick on the outside but for him it felt like an eternity of pain.
The darkeness began to corrode him, next targeting his body.
All the while he couldn't die, he stayed conscious throughout the entire ordeal.
"PLEASE!!!" His final scream echoed as the darkness dissolved his head, leaving his soul floating there, beginning to fly away in order to be reincarnated.
"Did we allow you to leave?" Nyxaria raised her hand and the fleeing soul was teleported back to its original position.
Lumaria walked towards the soul before encasing it in a jar.
Everyone was shocked, grabbing a soul was supposed to be impossible!
Lumaria didn't pay the ignorant any mind, waving her hand and making the soul disappear to another area.
She didn't want to destroy it yet as there may be some benefits inside the soul of a God King that could help her subordinate gods.
Looking around the room, she ignored everyone else before asking Nyxaria to make another portal.
