"This is the information we have gotten on Glacier," Shadow said, displaying the presentation, and I looked at everything with mere interest. 

It wasn't that I wasn't interested in all the information my people were working so hard to gather, but my mind was going repeatedly over what Valencia said to me. 

'Do you really think the rogue head of the southern regions was the one who actually wanted to harm me this time?' She asked me the question before I left for the meeting.

She said it jokingly and probably just asked, but it felt like her words had a hidden meaning. 

What surprised me the most was that her information was on par with us and even better when it came to things related to rogues.

I don't know if it was because she was a rogue and probably had connections with rogues, but something was amiss.

I shook my head when Shadow asked me what they needed to do next. 

"We attack," I said.
