'I'm the stupid one for hesitating,' Rye thought as she felt him tighten his arms around her, lowering his head back to her shoulder where her collar was.

Instead of paying any more attention to him, Rye went back to focusing on refining her magic trying to figure out ways to refine it even faster than before, only to come up short.

With no other choice but to remain there for more than two hours before she finally realized that she could no longer take it.

It would have been a different thing if Klas simply hugged her or buried his neck in her shoulder but ever so slightly after about half an hour, he would move, burrowing his face deeper into her neck, and brushing his lips against her skin.
