章節 228: A Guarantee
Bel winced as she slowly opened her eyes. Her head hurt, her shoulders too, and she quickly discovered she couldn't move her hands or move at all. She tried again but could feel that her wrists were bound, as were her ankles.
She tried to scream and quickly discovered her lips wouldn't open. It didn't feel like her mouth had been tied or gagged; rather, her lips seemed to be sealed together. Bel's eyes widened, and she immediately began to panic.
She shook vigorously, trying to break free as she screamed from her throat, but it didn't take long for her to discover this method wouldn't work. She stopped moving and tried to breathe through her nose to calm down.

GinaStanley I apologize for not giving any heads-up before taking a break. Originally, it wasn’t supposed to be longer than a few days but I couldn’t seem to write as much as I wanted.
