Ren thought they were going to the kitchen like before. However, Kade had another plan. He took a turn toward the lift. They moved to the second floor. The direction was same which Ren had followed to go down earlier.

Ren barely had time to process what was happening as Kade carried him into the bedroom. By the time Ren had wandered around the house, the house-cleaning robot had cleaned the room spotlessly.

The room was warm, bathed in the soft light of the shining sun filtering through the curtains. His gaze wandered all over the room he did not get a chance to admire before. It was huge, with every necessity available.

However, one thing stood out. It was the red decor of the room that leaned more toward the ancient era than the interstellar one.

Even the new blanket draped over the huge bed was of red color.

Ren sneaked a peek at Kade thinking that this person liked red too much.
