Ren felt the cold tongue roaming in his mouth. Even when he attempted to push it out, he was kissed harder. Then, the kisses became slow, and his instinct to fight against Kade diminished. It was replaced by the desire to indulge in the pleasure rising in his body.

Ren kissed back. His wrists were finally free from the shackles, and he subconsciously held onto the shoulder of the blurry figure. 

Was it to push the figure away or was it to get closer to the coolness emitting from the muscular body, Ren couldn't tell. All he felt was himself drowning in the tide of gentle kisses.

 Ren sighed in comfort. But the relief was short-lived as Kade's weight settled over him, his cold body pressing down on his heated skin.

Kade hovered over Ren, his eyes dark with desire. He leaned in, his lips ghosting over Ren's ear. 

"Do you trust me, angel?" he whispered, his voice a seductive promise to give him the much-needed cold relief.
