Mildred's eyebrows shot up in astonishment. "You don't know how to dance?" Her emerald eyes zeroed in at the silver-haired woman who had sought help from her and Prudence, her request catching them both off-guard.
"How can you not know how to dance?" Mildred found it difficult to believe, "I thought dancing was like… supposed to be a universal thing, right?" She glanced at Prudence, expecting backup, and the Fae shrugged her shoulders in response.
"Dancing is more of an essential element in the Ancesgon tradition." She elaborated, "there's always dancing, no matter what gathering it is you're attending. Even the customary crusade in Ancesgon features its unique dancing ritual, so it is uncommon for anyone in Ancesgon city to not know how to dance. It's believed to forge connections among people, and even lovers are known to come together with each fluid step."
