Master Kale ignored her, continuing his restless pacing. Julia, stood there for a long time and asked again, her persistence fuelled by the peculiar situation.

"Master..." she called out insistently.

"Shut up! How many times have I told you not to call me 'master'? Get out... go and play with your spoiled mud-headed friends," the old man snapped, his anger evident as he released a puff of smoke from his pipe.
