"Hi! My name is Nova Blue. You are going to the Magic Academy too?"

I just nodded and said, "Louise Frost." I am not the type of person to socialize a lot.

"So...uhh..can you please come tomorrow? Your request is a little special. I would have to find some specific places for seeing."

I was a little disappointed for a moment, but soon forgot about it. It is not easy to find his requirements in a short period of time. He could at least wait a day, so he nodded.

I was ready to leave, but Beta Guy Nova started to follow me. I turned around to look at him. He seems to be a little embarrassed. "Ah, I don't know your current address. I will have to contact you somehow."

Hearing this, I just let him follow him, and we soon came to the middle-sized hotel I booked. When I reached there, it was already sunseting.

Thankfully, hotels usually send meals quite early to the room; if you are hungry in the middle of the night, you should prepare your own food.

Though if it were a big or five-star hotel, you could even order food in the middle of the night. The price would be very high, though. But neither he nor Louise Frost can afford a big hotel or late-night food.

So without thinking much, he fell asleep. The next day, he wore a rather casual yellow hoodie and sky-blue jeans.

Compared to yesterday's Nobel Brother vibes, he was giving more of the naive and innocent vibes. Though his facial expressions never change,.

Nova was waiting for him downstairs. Nova smiled at him. 'Thankfully, he wasn't dichted,' Nova thought to himself.

There were many times he got ditched by some cheap employers.

Some times they didn't pay the weekly fee because they couldn't afford anything and wasted others time.

Nova simply ignored his thoughts and took Louise to a place.

"I have picked three different houses that match your requirements." Said Nova when they finally reached the place.

"This place was suggested by my uncle, and it also meets your requirements." Nova started around first by showing the street.

"It's in a good location. 't seem to be any Nobel family near this place. Only the Vermillion family, which is more than three kilometers away, Louise nodded.

"This street not only has middle-class servants of rich families but also quite a few merchants going on. Any kind of business will be going well." After explaining the location, Nova took Louise to the house.

It was a shop at the front and a house on top, just like the shop, which we have to leave soon. But it looked bigger than it.

We went inside. The layout of the downfloor is the same as the shop where we are currently working. It's quite standard, for sure.

Due to this house's large size, the layout of the upper floor was different from before.

It had three medium-sized rooms. There was also a slightly bigger room to serve as a hall.

There was a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet.

The downstairs's kitchen looked pretty average—neither good nor bad—but the upstairs's kitchen was something else. It gives modern kitchen vibes;'must'be expensive when it was made,' I thought.

There were also stairs going to the rooftop. I looked at the city from it, and the view was great.

I could see people walking around, busy buying things, and people loading carts. Although it's absolutely normal, it sometimes feels good to watch it and relax a little.

I thought while closing my eyes, 'It feels like I am a bird' whoever, and just a minute later I heard a cough sound. I was turned around, annoyed at the fact that I was interrupted.

It's that guy, Nova Blue. He looked embarrassed. "Arhm, what about the other houses?" I ignored him and went down while he followed me.

"Lead the way." Hearing this, he started walking again, and I followed him.

I saw two other houses. They were good, but not as good as the first one; it gave off a different vibe. Even the place where we live couldn't.

So, I decided to buy it!
