Outside the gymnastics building, Cyrus was lacing his shoes. Tessa and a man adorned in a red suit stood on top of the building.
While the man was dressed that way, Tessa resembled a game character with battle armor shielding her elbows, knees, and legs.
"I still don't get it. We keep tracing the dungeon's energy, and it leads us to your crush," said the man beside her.
"He's not my crush."
"Okay, okay, if you say so. It's understandable you would prefer someone who could at least match up to your strength or surpass you, rather than some guy with no affinity."
Tessa didn't reply. They watched Cyrus stand up and begin walking towards the building.
"I mean, I feel sorry for that guy. Well, I guess he's in luck to have someone like you watching his back."
Hearing that, Tessa's eyes widened, taken aback by her colleague's words.
