"Is it just me, or is it getting a bit warm in here?" I said, my gaze subtly shifting towards Kathryn. She was still draped in her coat, and I was curious to see if my subtle suggestion would prompt any reaction from the girls, especially Kathryn, testing the effectiveness of my skills in influencing behaviour.

Though I doubt it would be, as none of my skills were in the category of influencing someone with just words, though after hooking up was entirely different case.

"Well, it seems quite warm in here, especially with you wearing that heavy coat," I elaborated, trying to sound casual yet persuasive. At first, Kathryn gave me a look that seemed like a question like 'what are you saying?' Though I understand if she questioned me like that, It was understandable as the room's temperature was perfectly balanced—not overly warm, nor uncomfortably cool.
