Blue potential is can be said for most gym leader main Pokemon.
Purple potential Pokemon is the main Pokemon for the elite 4.
Black potential Pokemon is the main Pokemon of the Champions.
Gold potential Pokemon can have a chance to reach master rank.

Yellow potential got full 100% of ther earn Exp.
Then the next potential Pokemons got extra Exp earn for every defeated enemy.
Green potential got extra 50% Exp.
Blue potential Pokemons got extra 100% Exp.
Purple potential got 150% Exp.
Black potential got 200%Exp.
Gold potential got 300% Exp.
Aurora potential got 500%Exp.
Finally Void potential earn extra 1000% Exp.

If you want to win you have to complete pokemon limit break like training so you could follow there footsteps as not to go very far behind so as can't even imagine how powerful they become.
Trainers Talent : Talent goes Low to High from E,D,C,B,A,S,SS,SSS and (EX/Void).
E being the low level talent which concested of more than 80% of the people and so on and so forth.
If there are very powerful talent there are very good chance that when summons form ticket the pokemon would very likely accept your capture.
When a very powerful potential came form the summon chance they accept powerful talented trainer or they would not follow that trainer at all.
