章節 6: Chapter Six: Life

Once the situation calmed down a bit, Azrael took the time to greet everyone who wanted to meet him. Sure, the Khalasar knew they had a new Khal, but most hadn't seen him, so Azrael set about recording their minds and names.

After finishing that, Azrael continued on his way to the hut, followed by his blood riders and Amanda. Who now worships him even more.

And when they reached the place, Azrael stood thinking for a moment, until he turned to his guards and said, "I will be doing something important, so you will have to stay outside for a few minutes. If you hear noises, don't be alarmed."

With that said, and with Amanda relaying his words, Azrael entered the hut and closed the oak door tightly, being left alone inside.

Before he even began to try to find out if he could summon people, Azrael set about creating a metal cage in the room, preparing for what might happen.

When he thought he had everything ready, he opened the menu and clicked on the generator section, glimpsing a small brown egg.

Determined to follow through with his discovery, Azrael thought to take a villager generator, and after giving a mental command, he sensed a new presence in the room.

Inside the previously empty cage, it was now occupied by an adult male, who was wearing a red suit on his torso, accompanied by a dark green mid-thigh-length tunic, along with a yellow belt around his waist, in addition to wearing sandals.

Another thing that Azrael noticed was that the man was wearing a patch on his head, which covered his left eye, while the right one showed a green iris.

That, along with a deep brown apron and black gloves, made Azrael understand that the person standing in front of him was a village weapon smith.

"Emm, hello," Azrael greeted him in Latin, or as it was known in this world, High Valyrian.

The man, perhaps in his mid-twenties, snapped out of his reverie and stared for a few seconds at Azrael, until he kneeled on his right knee and let out his first words in this world, "I, Maicol, greet my maker."

If anyone were to see Azrael's face right now, they would undoubtedly burst out laughing immediately, as Azrael's mouth had opened and his eyes were in shock along with a frown.

"Wow, wait, your creator?" vocalized Azrael, completely confused about the whole thing, especially since, for him, he expected the villager he summoned to be a normal, confused, or sacred person to have appeared in a completely different space.

And now, that vision had not only been shattered, but he also had a person telling him that he had created it—a creepy thing to tell the truth.

Maicol, as the man had called himself, and not noticing Azrael's behavior as strange, just ignored him and replied in a monotone and slightly muffled voice, "Yes, my creator, you, in your enormous wisdom, have brought me into this world; you have given me life, and I am in my duty, to serve you for what is left of my life expectancy."

For a time, Azrael did not know how to proceed, as evidenced by how his gaze became vacant, as his thumb unconsciously touched the fingertips of the other fingers of his right hand, skipping the middle finger. It seems that Azrael was having anxiety.

"Ok," Azrael said, coming back to himself, as he took a slow breath, trying to stop his wave of intrusive thoughts. "If I release you from this cage, will you be okay?" asked Azrael to Maicol, who only nodded in a relaxed manner.

Catching the signal, Azrael proceeded to destroy the bars of the cage, while at the same time not taking his eyes off Maicol, even though he was wary of him. When there was an opening large enough for Maicol to pass through, he did so.

With firm steps and confident movements, Maicol stepped out of the cage and stood in front of Azrael, he didn't try anything malicious, just standing still where he was.

"Right now, I don't have a place to put you up in; however, I will tell someone to arrange a tent for you, and you will sleep there until tomorrow I arrange a house for you to live in," Azrael commented to the man, as he removed all traces of the cage.

When the situation was calmer, in my opinion, and after erasing the cage, I took off my netherite armor and put on a leather tunic, since I thought it was more comfortable.

"The situation is as follows: I am the leader of a nomadic group of horse riders; they respect strength, so I will tell a woman to always accompany you so that she can mediate between you and the Dothraki, as my people are called; if for some reason they incite you to fight or fight, you must say that you cannot do it and that if they hurt you, they will have to see me."

Aside from that, I also had to tell Amanda to start teaching me the Dothraki language, while also teaching Maicol, as he needed to be able to communicate.

"Though I know how to defend myself very well, my maker, years of fighting the terrors of the night have made me proficient with weapons," Maicol told me, still in his muffled tone of voice.

Okay, at least that was good. The fact that I could defend myself in this world gave me peace of mind, especially if I had someone with unwavering loyalty by my side who could wield a sword or other weapon... But wait, years of fighting?

"What do you mean years of fighting? Didn't you just tell me I created you? Then where do you get that you have fought for years against the terrors of the night?"

"Yes, my creator, you gave me a second chance at life and a new body; however, before you reached out your hand to me, I lived together with my people in a small village in the highland plains. I was the weapons master there, sir, in charge of creating weapons with the little material we had so we could defend ourselves whenever night fell, my lord."

From the time he started talking until he finished, Maicol filled me with surprises and more surprises, so if what he was saying was correct, he had summoned a Minecraft villager at the time he wanted to spur a villager here, and not only that, but they also remembered his past life.

"Do you remember the last thing you did before I created you here?" I asked, to which Maicol simply nodded.

Motioning for me to tell me, Maicol began to answer me without pause: I was closing the doors of my blacksmith shop; since night had already fallen, I knew it was very dangerous to be outside once the sun went down, but I had finished my homework late, so I was still outside my house. It was when I was about to go to my house which was not far away that a giant spider intercepted me; it was very silent for its great size, and the guardian Golem in my village did not have time to help me when the spider attacked me, and although I could defend myself against it for a while until help arrived, the spider was far superior to me, causing my death".

Wow, yeah, so the villagers I was spurring with me would be Minecraft villagers who have already died, and while I felt a little bad for Maicol and his former life full of danger and hardship, at least it filled me with satisfaction to know that I no longer had to fight every night to survive.
