Emory watched as the black SUV drove off, it was the car assigned by the Sinclair couple to drop Emory off at his home.

"That was intense," Emory muttered as he heaved a sigh of relief "The Sinclair couple are not your average people, good thing I was able to think on the spot and turn the situation around. For people like them, power is the only thing they respect" he continued as he walked towards the (shortcut) alley.

Emory decided it was safer for him if the driver dropped him off at the alley instead of directly in front of his house, that way he could keep his home address a secret for a while and also avoid the unnecessary and unwanted attention a flashy SUV dropping him off would attract.
