The fight between Arias and the Dark elvish woman continued. Their power had destroyed parts of the manor and the things inside it. The once-beautiful manor now looked more like a house about to get torn down. With the wall destroyed, people from the outside could easily see what was happening on the inside.

Though Haymie was injured, she was still the one with the upper hand. A serpent might have gotten its spine crushed, but it was still able to strike with poisonous fangs. Arias tried to hold his own, albeit with much difficulty. There were several times when he was forced to retreat.
