Caleb Li casually looked at the slot number in his hand and returned to his seat beside Freya.

"Let me see…" Freya demanded and took the slot from his hand. "Hmm… Number 15, Stage 3."

She raised her head and looked at his face as she prepared to tell him one or two things about the tournament, only to find him dozing off on her shoulder.

"What's wrong with you?" she demanded in annoyance.

"Why did you slap my head?" Caleb Li put on a fake aggrieved expression.

"If you don't take the tournament seriously, I won't mind giving you another powerful slap." Her chest rose and fell. She was furious and confused.

Where was her serious boyfriend who promised to stand by her side?
