Of the 12, Samar was aware of Stivi, Sid, BigSoftie, Poh and Romero's Techniques and Arts but he did not know Zorkan had also inherited a legacy related to the Spear Arts with his Spearcer Class. 

Maggie and Clencut were also on his suspect list but the biggest surprise was Xuri, the one armed Berserk Sprite Summoner! 

She came from a humble background and was the last person Samar expected to possess a Mystic Art, especially since she claimed her class originated from a Tier 4 NPC. 

Samar had not felt it necessary to dig deeper into her claims since there were many other targets he had to focus on back then. Now, it didn't matter since she had already signed the ironclad Core Member Contract and proven herself to be worthy of his trust.
