Panjal City was engulfed in the midnight silence when they reached the City. Gold Peony and the team from Severed Flower had accompanied them all the way back. 

They had talked about many things but both parties especially, Gold Peony had carefully avoided touching the subject that might offend Samar. Finally, they arrived at the northern gate of the City and it was time for them to part ways. 

"Thank you for your help today, Guild Master Gold Peony," Samar said with his palms joined together. 

"We followed our agreement, Samar." Gold Peony smilingly said, "Although I don't think you needed our help when your team had eight Tier 2s with extraordinary legacies."

The Guild Master of Severed Flower complimented, slyly fishing for information but she was disappointed when Samar showed no reaction to her probe. She discarded her roundabout approach and straightforwardly made her point.
