Jasmine stood outside of Gena's villa .She kicked the door making it fly hitting the side of the other wall. She walked inside , her eyes glowed a golden hue as she traced footsteps.

She followed this footsteps to Gena's office. She watched as the footsteps strangely stopped just before a chair.

She looked closely and saw some pressured parts on the floorboard the shape of a table leg . There was also three other similar parts.

' The table was destroyed huh ?' She thought. She kicked the floor.

A small crack was formed .

" Hmm reinforced . That means a normal table could not put pressure on this floor. " She observed.

" It wasn't used to hold something heavy as there would be traces of it " She said as she deeply thought .

Her eyes flashed with an understanding.

" A Portal , that table was a portal that destructed after use " She muttered.

A small groan escaped her mouth. There was only two options left , find the other end of the portal but with it being destroyed it meant finding it would be difficult.

The other was use magic . But she had rusted as she hadn't used magic in nearly a century especially the one she wanted to perform.

However she never knew until she tried right.

[ Smoke reversal ]

Smoke escaped her mouth as it slowly laid on the floorboard. She used her mana reserves to excite it and it slowly took form , the form of herself. As if time was reversing , Jasmine saw it doing the actions she had done a minute ago.

She supplied more mana and time reversed at a faster rate. She saw the group get out of the portal in a reversal manner . She supplied more mana as she looked at the smoke like table until it disappeared.

She then forwarded time until it was brought.

Smoke Gena was there with another foxkin male . At that time she had only two tails signifying she was quite young . The foxkin male had three tails. They seemed to be taking excitedly romantically.

" A couple " Jasmine mused.

She saw as smoke Gena talked excitedly while pointing at the table.

Jasmine paused the smoke flow of time . She then increased her mana . Slowly the smoke became more realistic and the view of the world gained more light . Everything reached to the point it was exactly like that day.

She now could here Gena's excited voice speak to what seemed to be her partner.

" This table is actually a portal. Can you believe it. " Gena said in a girly and happy tone. A deep difference from the cold and sadistic lady known through her reputation .

The man chuckled .

" And why do you need a portal ?" He asked.

Gena gave a slight glare at him.

" To see you of course dummy . " She said.

" Without being seen " The man mused .

Gena pouted . She knew where he was headed .

" I can't or my sadistic father will kill you without a second thought . Heck he thinks this city am building is only about fighting and coliseums. " She said.

The man nodded .

" I understand .... So where does it lead to . Maybe I can visit you instead.

" Oh you know that restricted area near the 6th district ? That black abandoned builing ? Yeah there is actually an underground tunnel there. I originally want to live there and easily visit you there but that would raise suspicion " She said.

" Then why build it to the 6 th level whe n you can build it to here ? " The male asked.

" The cost . I already found it there so I used it . Extending it is much more expensive than building a portal linking to there. "

" And wh..... " Slowly the smoke slowly dissipated . She already knew where it was , the rest was useless information . Her body flickered away .

She appeared at the 6th district . It was full of ruins. Normally it would be hard but ..... Her eyes glowed with a golden hue

She saw the familiar energy . She followed where the energy residual was highest . She finally stopped at a house barely affected by Tyson's taking over. She entered the house .

Looking for the stairs to the underground tunnel to her was a hustle so she.

BANG!!

The floor beneath her collapsed due to her stomp. It fell to the tunnel and Jasmine landed beautifully.

She felt ominous energy seep through her but she ignored it. She blitzed following the energy residue until she found an immense hole

She sensed that the energy residue led down to the hole. She didn't hesitate as she jumped down without a hint of fear in her eyes.

BOOM !!

Large waves were formed in the cave's lake at Jasmine's landing. This was due to the fact she landed on top of the water instead of diving into it. Only her shoes touched the water as she walked to the cave.

A holographic video appeared in front of her.

The strange creature looked at Jasmine as if she had found a gold mine.

" My , my what a contestant. " She said as she sized Jasmine up and down.

She seemed to debate on something on her head before she spoke again.

" You know what ? As interesting as you are you will do the 3 tests like any other contestant enjoy~ " The creature failed to tell her waht kind of test merely to see her reactions in all the tests.

The walls split open revealing a pathway. Jasmine entered only to see a dragon of peak grandmaster level gazing at the path with fury and intent.

It was combat ready. Once it saw Jasmine its core heated a blue flame as it threw fire.

Jasmine dodged easily not because she could get hurt but because she didn't want her flammable armor to be burned off.

She blitzed to the dragon and delivered a heavy blow on its head.

BAM!!!

Blood splattered everywhere on the cave as the dragons head exploded . It covered Jasmine but she didn't seem to care.

The holograph did not say anything as the cave walls split once again after the dragon's corpse. Jasmine simply took one of the dragon's front legs and threw it to the boiling lava simply because it obstructed it's path.

She went to the second area and the rich mana in the atmosphere assaulted her senses . The golden hue in her eye slowly dimmed down as she coped with the atmosphere. She felt physical limitation get placed on her.

Red eyes started appearing on the forest and apes rushed at her in full force.

Jasmine could only used basic spells she learned as a kid.

[ Fire ball ]

The fire ball decimated everything in it's way . She might only have basic spells on her but those spells she had perfectly honed them and increased their quality to the state that it could decimate a mid saint level being in 3 shots.

Quality over quantity . That was what her father drilled in her head when she was young to the point it got thoroughly instilled in her.

The tyrant ape roared in anger as it rushed to Jasmine . Jasmine despite seeing the peak saint level beast rushing at her maintained a cool head as she summoned more fire balls.

[ Fire ball ]

It consumed little mana and with this mana rich place it was practically negligible. She spammed her fire balls.

The beast at first tanked the first two . But when it saw this woman wasn't stopping it opted to dodge . But the damage was done. It's arms were in horrible condition.

It succesfully dodged the fireballs . Jasmine couldn't aim right due to her rusting in magic and her lowered physical prowess.

The ape jumped , Its body glowing it aimed for Jasmine but she fluidly dodged .

BANG!!!

A shockwave erupted and dust raised clouding the area . Other apes heard a menacing roar from their tyrant before seeing a yellow light appear then hit something at an incredible speed before hitting the ground followed by a thud.

As the dust cleared , the apes were surprised to see their king dead with a hole on his temples.

Blood seeped from the hole painting the cracked crevice with it's bloood.

The apes stepped back in fear before a portal in front of Jasmine appeared.

Jasmine entered the portal and once she exited , she came face to face with the one who harmed her son and the reason why she was here.
