Sarah's POV':

Jacob and I went to the nearest restaurant to have a meal. He pulled a chair for me, and I smiled at him.

"Why do you keep staring at me? Did you miss my face that much?"

I shook my head in denial. "I am trying to memorize your features, so in my next life I will search for you and still marry you."

He chuckled. "You are crazy."

"I am not; I am going to die soon and move to the next world."

He frowned at me. "I told you there was nothing that wasn't curable." 

Did he know better than the doctors? "When I am gone, you can get married to anyone except Linda."

"You…"

"Also, don't let her attend my funeral; I am sure she will be mocking me." 

"And even if you wish to marry, give some space. Maybe a year or two, and you should name your first child after me."

He pulled my nose. "Will you stop talking?"
