Melvin awoke from what seemed like a deep slumber, and as he slowly regained consciousness, he realized he was in a familiar environment.

He was back in the resort. In the bedroom he shared with Kimberly. What happened? How did he get here?

The last thing he remembered was a video call with Alvin, and then having a splitting headache, so how was he here now? Did Alvin ask them to let him go? Or did the guys find the kidnappers? He mused as he turned to both his sides and when he didn't see Kimberly, he frowned.

Something wasn't right. He could feel it. Was this a dream? He mused as he rose, wanting to go search for Kimberly.

The moment he got off the bed, he felt even more convinced that something was wrong... he felt different. Different from what he had become accustomed to in the last couple of weeks since the swap.
