Duke Rezian was calmly resting inside his room, his eyes occasionally glancing towards the door, anticipating the arrival of someone.

"How long are they going to take? Can't they even accomplish a single task on time?" he commented in a tone filled with frustration, releasing a disgruntled sigh. "It seems I need to surround myself with more competent people."

Impatience started to consume him, causing him to stand up and make his way towards the window.

Peering outside, the scenery appeared ordinary for the most part. However, the empty streets and the absence of any signs of human presence further heightened his annoyance.

Just as he was contemplating calling his personal guards to go out, a knock echoed through the room, breaking the silence.

"They have finally arrived?!" His eyes lit up with anticipation, a mischievous grin spreading across his face. "Excellent! Very well!"
