"Why is there another woman?" Kaido wondered aloud, recalling that Arias had already married three women.
He searched his memory for information on Arias and, as he pieced things together, he began to chuckle. "Interesting, so interesting!"
Kaido took a hearty swig from his wine gourd and then bellowed, "Ember!"
"Prepare yourself and come with me to Nine Snake Island!"
Once Arias returned to his physical form, he stood up, and Yamato voiced her frustration, "Why did you invite Kaido?"
Arias responded, "He is your father, after all. It's only right to invite him to your wedding."
Despite his past actions, including imprisoning Yamato on Onigashima with a bomb bracelet, Kaido had been relatively kind to Yamato. The fact that Yamato had no lingering admiration for Kozuki Oden and remained focused on helping Hiyori find Wano meant that her goal was still to defeat Kaido.
Arias suggested, "Since it's just a matter of defeating Kaido, it shouldn't be too difficult."
He then added, "Let's head to the refining room. I'll teach you the Samadhi True Fire, which will help you recover from the Devil Fruit's side effects faster."
After teaching Yamato the Samadhi True Fire, Arias received news from the East Blue Information Station that Xixis Island had been located and that the Mera Mera Fruit was found.
Despite the Mera Mera Fruit's reputation for having average fire abilities in the New World, it was still powerful. The flame's temperature should surpass magma, though Ace hadn't developed its potential fully.
While watching Princess Shirahoshi play on the island, Arias thought about another issue: Fan Jie. Though not particularly strong, Fan Jie's Target Fruit ability was troublesome and he knew Shirahoshi's identity as Poseidon.
Arias decided to address this issue preemptively.
Meanwhile, Yong Ye's people had been gradually taking control of various industries such as intelligence, loan sharking, and warehousing, but had yet to make a move against Kaido. Since Queen Stussy from the Pleasure District was allied with Vegapunk and Kaido was behind the King of Pleasure, Arias was not overly concerned about Kaido but planned to leave shipping to the fishmen, who were better suited for this task.
With Tiger's cooperation, Arias decided to borrow Jinbei and gradually bring him into his fold.
Arias left his physical body and entered the Dragon Palace, deciding to deal with Vander Duncan discreetly using Fenghou Qimen to locate and eliminate him without causing a disturbance.
He then visited Tiger on Fishman Island.
"How is Koala doing?" Tiger asked with concern.
"Koala is doing well. We're having fun on Nine Snake Island," Arias replied, settling down. To outsiders, his Yang God form was indistinguishable from his physical self.
Just then, the door opened, and a strong fishman walked out.
"Jinbei?" Arias recognized him immediately. Jinbei's chest was bandaged, indicating serious injuries.
"Why are you hurt?" Arias asked.
Jinbei replied casually, "I had a run-in with Wanguo recently. Katakuri injured me. Big Mom's son is really strong!"
Arias responded, "I came to check on Tiger's preparations for the war."
Tiger explained, "We have fewer fishmen than humans, so our available troops are limited. Are you really planning to overthrow the World Government?"
Arias confirmed, "Of course. Why would I lie to you?"
Seeing Jinbei's injuries, Arias suggested, "Come to Nine Snake Island. I can help you heal faster, and Princess Shirahoshi is here with me."
"Also, if you've had a conflict with Wanguo, they might hold a grudge. How will you handle it with your current condition?"
He continued, "I'm getting married at the end of the month. Since it's inconvenient for Tiger to attend, you can represent Fishman Island instead."
Though Jinbei initially wanted to decline, he couldn't refuse Arias's offer after hearing this. "Alright, I'll attend on behalf of Fishman Island."
The two left Fishman Island and returned to Nine Snake Island. Yang Shen returned to his physical form, and a female warrior guided Jinbei into Nine Snake City.
Princess Shirahoshi, noticing Jinbei's injuries, rushed over. "Why are you injured?"
Jinbei reassured her, "It's just a minor injury."
Relieved by Arias's kindness toward the fishmen, Shirahoshi was eager to help Jinbei.
Arias took Jinbei aside to treat his injuries. His goal was not just to heal Jinbei but also to use Blue Hand's abilities to modify his soul and secure his loyalty.
Though Arias cooperated with Tiger, he preferred to have Jinbei under his direct control for greater reliability.
"Lie down, relax, and don't resist," Arias instructed.
Despite the severity of Jinbei's injuries, his strong vitality allowed him to heal swiftly under Arias's treatment, while Blue Hand quietly modified his soul.
When the red and blue lights faded and Jinbei sat up, he looked at Arias with a new sense of respect and loyalty, addressing him as "Lord Baiye."
Arias nodded in approval and walked out with Jinbei. Once outside, Jinbei's expression returned to normal, and he appeared unchanged to others.
For developing his forces, Arias decided to use multiple approaches. He taught Jinbei Qi techniques and equipped him with magical weapons, adding another powerful ally to his roster.
On a prosperous island in the New World, Ginny sat on a throne, legs crossed, with a large bear standing beside her. At the foot of the steps lay the decapitated body of Gilbertson, the former warehousing king.
"Is anyone else dissatisfied?" Ginny's voice was cold, her knife still dripping blood from the recent execution of Gilbertson and his loyal followers.
The remaining individuals knelt in fear, not daring to raise their heads. Ginny and the bear instilled terror, and even someone as well-protected as Gilbertson had been easily defeated.
"From now on, I am the new authority in warehousing," Ginny declared, solidifying her dominance.
