章節 3: Chapter 3: Celestial Cradle

*Narrator POV*

In the vast halls of Mount Othrys, where echoes of divine power whispered through the air, a special event was about to unfold. Rhea, the mother of gods, was going through something big – divine labor.

Imagine this celestial room with fancy decorations and beautiful colors. Rhea, glowing like a Titan should, was going through a lot. Her golden hair flowed, and her eyes shimmered with a color like the deepest parts of the universe.

The room was full of symbols showing how powerful the Titans were, and there, a special cradle crafted by the essence of the cosmos itself was waiting. This cradle was no ordinary cradle; it was meant for a Titan who would make a mark on Olympus.

As Rhea felt the pains of childbirth, something magical was happening. You could almost hear destiny playing a quiet song, mixing with the dance of creating life. Nyx and Erebus, two powerful beings, were secretly watching, their presence unknown to Rhea.

Between the pain and the magical beauty, Rhea felt a lot. Every contraction she went through seemed to make reality shake a bit. In that special cradle, the first child of Rhea and Cronus was about to arrive.

Before the big announcement of life, a peaceful moment filled the room. In this divine realm, where time was different, the cries of a baby god filled the air. Wrapped in divine essence, Hades, the first child of Rhea and Cronus, was born.

Rhea, in this moment of joy, whispered to her newborn, "You are the beginning of Othyrs, a light that shows the start of our immortal family."

The Titans guarding the entrance bowed, recognizing the birth of the next big thing in Othrys. Little did Rhea know, Nyx and Erebus were watching from the shadows, knowing the fate of gods was being woven.

While Rhea enjoyed this special moment with her baby, a name came to her. "Hades," she whispered. The whole place seemed to echo with this name, a name meant to shape divine history.

As Rhea cradled baby Hades, Cronus, the mighty Titan, watched from a distance. His eyes, usually filled with power and dominance, now betrayed a flicker of fear. The curse from his father, Uranus, lingered like a shadow over him. Would he suffer the same fate—being overthrown by his child?

Cronus's thoughts raced in his head as he observed the birth of Hades. Would history repeat itself, and would he be devoured by his own offspring, just as he had done to his father?

In a flash, the moment turned from joy to despair. A cosmic twist of fate unfolded as Cronus, driven by an overwhelming fear of his father's curse, made a hasty decision. In an attempt to escape the ominous prophecy, Cronus, consumed by his own paranoia, snatched the newborn Hades from Rhea's arms and, with a mixture of desperation and terror, swallowed him whole.

Rhea's cries echoed through the chamber—a mother's heartbreak as her child was taken away. The Titans stood frozen, witnessing the tragic turn of events. Nyx and Erebus, still hidden in the cosmic shadows, exchanged somber glances, knowing that destiny's script had taken an unexpected and heart-wrenching twist.

The once joyous occasion had become a cosmic tragedy. In the blink of an eye, Hades was taken from the celestial cradle into the depths of Cronus's insatiable hunger.

As the tears of despair rolled down Rhea's cheeks, a voice resonated through the cosmic expanse, carrying the weight of inevitability. Hades, now within the belly of Cronus, was not lost to the void but destined for a different journey—a journey that would unfold in the silent shadows of the titan's stomach.

The tapestry of fate, intricately woven with threads of starlight, now bore the stain of tragedy. The celestial cradle, once filled with hope, was now a witness to the complexities of divine existence. Othrys, in its grandeur, held a secret—a secret known only to the cosmic weavers who spun the threads of gods and titans. And so, the cosmic dance continued, each step echoing the dichotomy of joy and sorrow in the divine realms.
