Denver's POV

"Sir, should I go after her?" Adolphus asked as soon as he entered my chamber.

I adjusted my bathrobe and stood up.

"No, let her be." I sighed.

"Why didn't you stop her from coming inside?" I fired at him in disgust.

"I tried to hold her back but she seemed determined to meet you." He paused.

"I guess she is already used to my lies and doesn't believe me anymore." He muttered and I rolled my eyes sarcastically.

"From now on, if I'm in the bedroom with Laura, never let her in." I instructed him steadily.

"My Alpha, what is happening to you?" Adolphus asked, looking worried.

"What do you mean?" I gave him a long look before taking my seat on the wooden armchair.

"You are intentionally hurting Luna Cecilia using Laura which is becoming awful. It's either you let her off and stop putting her in your games. She looks pitiful, don't you think so?" He raised a brow but I ignored him, looking away.
