It wasn't just a simple nickname. It was an embedded reminder of the betrayals and sufferings inflicted upon him in the past by the one who granted him the nickname in the first place.

"You are…" Chi Cheng's lips trembled, fearing to utter the name he once treasured so dearly in his heart. "You are not Zhu Zhiying…" He realised, recognising the signature sinister smile on General Zhu's expression as well as the malice-ignited eyes that gazed back at him.

In a matter of a few seconds, Zhu Zhiying appeared behind him. The taller male snaked an arm around his waist from behind, cradling Chi Cheng back against his chest while he brought his lips close to the shorter male's ear.
