Annabelle stopped on the side of the road, in front of a 7-story tall commercial building. She looked up at the building and saw a few banners at the very top of the building.
One of the banners said, "Kurokawa Couriers PVT."
Annabelle muttered, "Bingo."
She parked the Alfa Romeo on a side and got out. She went to the building and looked at the floor plan. Kurokawa Couriers was on the 5th floor, so she went towards the lift and got down at the 5th floor.
Luckily, she found the office to be open. She went inside and saw all the tables to be empty. There was only a lady sitting on a table. The table looked to be bigger than the other ones. The lady was working with her eyes fixated on her laptop screen. She said while keeping her eyes on her laptop screen, "Akemi, took you a long time. Now, get on your table and help me with sorting these orders. It's gonna take me the whole night alone. Why are you standing there like an idiot? I… "
The lady looked up and stopped talking as she saw Annabelle. She stood up and said, "Oh, I'm sorry; I thought you to be someone else. Are you here to courier something?"
Annabelle went to the lady as she held up her fake detective badge and said, "Uhm, no. I'm detective Anna White. I was looking for Shimizu Kurokawa. Is he here?"
The lady replied, "Oh. I'm sorry, Mr. Kurokawa just left a few minutes ago."
Annabelle cursed her luck in her mind and said, "I'm sorry, it's actually urgent. Can you tell me where I can find him? His life might be in danger."
The lady's face turned black as Annabelle said it, and she said in a slight panicking tone, "He left around 20 minutes ago. He was with a man."
Annabelle felt anxious, and she asked, "Can you describe the man he left with?"
"He was tall, wearing a black suit, and had medium-sized double-sided hair."
Annabelle's anxiety increased. She took out her tablet, opened a picture of Shadow, and showed it to the lady. She asked, "Is this the man Mr. Kurokawa left with?"
The lady replied, "Yes. This is him. Will the boss be alright? Ma'am?"
Annabelle sprinted out of the office the moment she heard the yes. She didn't wait to hear anything else the lady was saying.
As she went in the elevator, she muttered to herself, "Ann, are you mental, girl? What were you thinking? Why did you agree on a boots on the ground mission? Shite."
The elevator door opened on the ground floor, and as she got out of the building, she said, "ARIA, log into every single camera you can log in to Kadoma and start scanning for Shimizu Kurokawa and Major Shadow. Tell me the moment you find a match."
"Yes, Princess."

Kansai Airport, Kansai, Osaka
The Bell 206 landed on the helipad and Sohel got down. Two soldiers, both of them wearing corporal's uniforms, approached Sohel and saluted him while saying, "Welcome to Kansai, Captain. The car you asked for is parked in the parking lot. Here's the key." Sohel almost snatched the keys off of the soldier's hands and walked frantically towards the parking lot. He said, "ARIA, contact Ann."
"Yes, Captain… connection failed, no response."
Sohel clicked his tongue and said, "Where's she? There should be a tracker in the glasses she had."
"Trying… LoLocation retrieval failed, probable cause, target device out of battery."
Sohel felt really annoyed, but he contained his irritation and said, "Tell me you at least got what I asked you to get."
"Yes, Captain. It's on standby and will be ready for action in 30 seconds of your order."
Sohel smirked and said, "You did at least one thing right."
Sohel entered the parking lot and pressed on the key. A black Toyota axio beeped. He went to the car, and just as he sat on the driving seat, ARIA talked. She said, "Captain, there's a message for you."
Sohel asked, "Who is it?"
"It's princess."
Sohel's face lit up a little as he said, "Open it."
A message box flashed on Sohel's glasses.
"Found Major Shadow. He's with Shimizu Kurokawa. I'm currently trying to figure out their location. Tell ARIA to connect to the cameras in Kadoma and scan for Shimizu Kurokawa and Major Shadow. We should be able to catch up to him this time."
Sohel smiled and started the car as he said, "Finally. Let's meet the Major."

Shirogakicho, Kadoma, Osaka
Shimizu Kurokawa was running away. He was really scared. Suddenly a silenced pistol whispered, and the man fell down.
He grabbed his leg and groaned. Naoki appeared in front of him. He was holding a silenced Beretta m92.
He stomped on Kurokawa's injury and said, "Just tell me where is Dr. Ito?"
He screamed, "I... I can't tell you that. He'll kill me if I do. Please...… Please let me go."
Naoki aimed the pistol at the man's head and said, "And if you don't tell me, then I'll do something that you'll beg me to kill you. Now, what do you want? A future where you might die? Or a definite future worse than death?"
Shimizu remained silent. Naoki aimed the pistol at Kurokawa's other leg and shot him in the leg. He then said, "I don't have all day, old man. Where is Ito?"
Shimizu remained silent. He looked desperate, helpless, scared, and in pain at the same time. Naoki then shook his head and aimed at Shimizu's knee, but just before he pulled the trigger, Shimizu talked.
He said, "Phillipines. He's in the Philippines. He's going to present his latest invention in front of the world leaders at the Who summit in Manila tomorrow."
Naoki stepped away from Shimizu's injured leg and said, "See? That wasn't so hard, was it? Now go get yourself treated, and you'll be good in no time."
Shimizu sounded scared as he said, "No. You don't understand. Ito's going to kill me. He doesn't like rats."
"Ohh? Don't worry, I'll take some rat poison with me when I meet him tomorrow."
Just then, Naoki felt someone moving behind him. He quickly moved away. Just the moment he moved away, a wishing sound was heard. Followed by a small hole appearing in Shimizu's forehead.
Naoki quickly turned around, aimed his pistol towards the shadows, and asked, "You can't hit me, so don't even try. Come out now."
Lola appeared from the shadows. She had a mischievous smile on her face and a silenced Glock-19 in her hands. She said, "Wow. Just as I expected from our senior. Good to finally meet you, Mr. Kobayashi. Or should I say No. 01?
