Doran had brought food for Skyla and Arica. He had kept his promise most of the time, bringing healthy food for Skyla and not hitting her. 

Arica on the other hand was a different story, all that rage was vented out on her but he kept injecting her with antibiotics and pills to keep her alive. 

Skyla seemed in slight discomfort today. Her expressions were of pain. Doran instantly noticed as he placed the bags of food on the table. 

So without checking the camera footage, he turned to her and asked wearily. 

"What's wrong?" 

"I am having cramps, I need to see a doctor," she told him in angst, clutching her belly. She was afraid she might be going into labour. It had been nine months since she had gotten pregnant.
