Once Skyla was gone the small ache in his heart refused to subside. He knew he needed to go for a ride on his bike. Changing into black jeans, a long-sleeved riding shirt and a black leather jacket from his three-piece. He summoned Lawrence.

"I am heading out and will head home after. Don't wait up for me," he said while adjusting his black jacket.

"OK, which car are you taking?" Lawrence was a bit sceptical of his boss's mood. Over the years he had learnt to read him. And he seemed in a bad one today.

"Bike," just a one-word answer was never a good sign.

"Did something happen at the meeting? I thought it went smoothly. Why are you in one of your murderous moods?" Lawrence flitted his eyelashes at him.

"Nothing, I will see you later. Pack up properly." Zyair grabbed his keys from his desk drawer and headed out and Lawrence was left wondering.
