Chapter 5: Harry's Moonlight Castle Experience

"I'm heading out." Moon picked up a small box, opened the door to the wilderness, and bid farewell to Harry. "Work diligently, and if you don't understand something, ask Lucifer."

"Yes, Uncle Moon." Harry nodded.

After seeing Moon leave, Harry started chatting with Lucifer. "Mr. Lucifer, where is Uncle Moon going?"

Lucifer lazily replied, "He's probably going to hide the castle to avoid being discovered by others. I saw him take a box of silver chalk."

"What's silver chalk?" Harry became curious again.

"It's a chalk made with special adhesive added to silver powder. Silver powder has strong magic conductivity, so it's very useful for drawing short-term magic circles." Lucifer explained tirelessly.

"How do you plan to clean up this mess?" Lucifer suddenly asked.

Harry turned around, looked at the cluttered living room, scratched his head, and said, "First, stack up the books, then clear away the miscellaneous items, and finally throw away the unwanted garbage."

Lucifer nodded, then suddenly remembered, "Oh, right, you have a colleague."

"Colleague?"

A sweeping sound suddenly came, and the broom that had been leaning against the door behind them suddenly ran with its broom head, even jumping over the small steps in the entrance.

"What is this?!" Harry suddenly felt less surprised. For this entire castle, a walking broom didn't seem that strange...

"It's a flying broom," Lucifer explained.

"A flying broom?!" Harry's eyes widened, staring at it. This thing was covered in dust, with many spider webs on its broom head. It didn't look much different from the Dursleys' broom.

"Yes, Moon snatched this... cough, someone gave it to him as a gift before. But Moon doesn't use it much, so he lets it sweep the floor when it's free."

Harry suddenly felt a bit amused, reached out his hand, and unexpectedly, the broom moved to avoid him.

"It can sweep the floor by itself. So you can throw the garbage on the ground, and it will burn it all later." After explaining, Lucifer urged, "Let's get started. If you're unsure about what to throw away, you can ask me."

"Okay." Harry nodded, rolled up his sleeves, and started a major cleanup.

Seeing this, Lucifer slowly squinted its eyes. Usually, its biggest hobbies were sleeping, robbing, and burning.

Recently, it hadn't been able to do the latter two, so it mostly slept.

Just as it had squinted its eyes for a short while, Harry's voice suddenly rang out, "Mr. Lucifer, what is this? Can it be thrown away?"

Harry picked up a stack of sheepskin papers covered in symbols and doodles that he couldn't understand, along with some scribbles or formations.

"Those are Moon's manuscripts. Just put them together and wait for him to deal with them." Harry nodded, gathered Moon Jones's manuscripts, and started cleaning the table again.

"What is this?" Harry picked up a flattened leaf that had been pressed by a book.

"This seems to be an ingredient for a potion, just throw it away."

"What is this?"

"What is this?" Harry found a palm-sized stone pendant, hollow in the middle with eye-sized holes.

"That's an Invisibility Stone, similar to the book on your left, 'Arthur Spydewick's Illustrated Guide: How to Enter the Fantasy World Around You,'" Lucifer explained with some helplessness, his tone becoming lazier.

"Of course, in this world, I don't know what you can see using it. It was left behind by Moon after a previous adventure."

Harry was somewhat speechless at the revelation but refrained from experimenting with the Invisibility Stone. He obediently stored it away.

During this time, Harry kept asking Lucifer various questions, and despite Lucifer's lazy appearance, it didn't refuse him, evidently having enough patience.

Until Harry picked up a magical tome made from human skin, he was startled, and his curiosity was abruptly dispelled. Lucifer finally found some peace.

What Harry didn't expect was that Uncle Moon, who seemed so solemn and dignified, had such a messy house.

Wasn't there any corresponding household magic?

If Moon knew Harry's murmurs, he might genuinely apologize – no, there wasn't any!

After who knows how much time passed, when Lucifer opened his eyes again, Harry was mopping the floor. Dozens of large books were neatly stacked in a corner according to size, and various miscellaneous items were placed on the table.

The dining plates and utensils in the dining room were already cleaned, and the sofa cushions were thrown into the washing machine.

At the entrance, there were two large bags of cleaned garbage.

"Ah, much more comfortable." Lucifer picked up a pile of firewood and placed it under itself, then sighed contentedly, "Moon Jones used to mock Hal as a lazy dog. Who would have thought that not long after, he himself would turn into the very thing he used to detest."

Seeing Lucifer open his eyes, Harry turned his head, "Mr. Lucifer, what is the name of this castle?"

"The name..." Lucifer thought for a moment and realized that, in his memory, the castle had never had a name.

In fact, there was no need to name the castle.

"No name." Lucifer shook his head. "But when we were in the Caribbean, it wasn't a castle at that time. It was a ship named the 'Moonlight Queen.' So, you can also call this place Moonlight Castle."

"Moonlight Queen... Why does it sound so strange, not cool at all." Harry felt a bit strange. Shouldn't ships be named something like Trifalga, Sovereignty, or Victory?!

Hearing Harry's question, Lucifer couldn't help but chuckle, "What you're talking about is the title of royal ships. Pirates wouldn't use such names for their own ships.

At that time, pirate ship names had styles like 'Black Pearl,' 'Anne Queen's Revenge,' 'Silent Mary.'"

"Oh, I see..." Harry nodded, somewhat understanding.

While Harry's hands and feet were indeed quick, the workload in the entire living room was too huge. In the evening, Moon Jones returned once. After dinner, he took a bunch of books and walked into the basement.

Harry began to clean the ashes, split firewood for Lucifer, and dust accumulated in various corners until much later when he finally managed to clean the entire living room.

Moon Jones walked up from the basement holding a book, checked the time on a golden pocket watch, and it was past nine at night.

"It seems there's no chance to show you some magic today. You have to go home, kid." He said with a smile.

Harry felt a bit regretful, but he didn't think there was a problem. On the contrary, he enjoyed it. The various books and items had opened the door to a new world for him.

He could feel that there were too many secrets waiting for him to discover in the entire Moonlight Castle.

Of course, the prerequisite was that he had to do his job well.

This was ten thousand times better than being a servant in the Dursleys' house!
