In ancient times, when a Fylkir returned triumphant from battle, the citizens would line up to welcome the victorious, singing the Arc of Triumph in homage to both the Fylkir's success and their fallen comrades.
The practice had been abolished after the Blood Calamity. From that point on reserved for the succeeding Blood Emperors. Yet as Mithras entered Springtime City, the citizens couldn't help but align in flawless order, welcoming their Princeps with flash and fanfare!
"Princeps, ut za'hak!"
The Prince is eternal! A worthy greeting that now boomed throughout the streets, spreading across the city as Mithras made his way to the Springtime Lord's palace!
On the way, he passed Akamana, Vel'Asha, and a variety of men and women dressed in dark and purple academy uniforms.
Some looked at him with awe, others with warmth, curiosity, lust, jealousy, and envy, but all looked anyway—unable to take their eyes from that walking marvel!
Enjoy!
