When they arrived at the Medical Conference venue, it was eight o'clock, an hour before the event began.
Sean Lawson urged William Cole to catch up on sleep. William had stayed up all night, and in addition to rescuing over a hundred S Mycin side-effect patients from Huada Science and Technology Pharmaceutical, had exhausted a great deal of energy to stabilize their condition temporarily.
"I'll wake you when the conference starts," Sean Lawson said.
"Okay." William Cole promptly fell asleep in the police car.
As he slipped into a slumber, he fell into another nightmare.
His surroundings were pitch black. He couldn't see his fingers if he stretched out his hand. William Cole's breathing began to falter.
"Where is this? A dream? Another dream?"
This time, William Cole was keenly aware that he was dreaming, but he couldn't wake up.
