Safiya stood up, and so did each one of them. Her eyes scanned the woods, but there was no sight of anyone. All that greeted them were swaying leaves and mighty trees. However, she could sense them, much as she usually does.

"They are here. Remember what it says; we should all stick together," she whispered. Although her voice was confident, her heart was pounding. Encountering the demon was something she desperately tried to avoid, especially after what they had done to Malik.
