Vincent was already in the mansion when Doreen arrived. Vincent was in the dining hall with Joshy and they were already eating dinner, which smelled like roasted ribs with mashed potatoes and of course, chocolate milkshake. Obviously, Amy had indulged in Joshy's food requests again.

"So, Joshy, a chocolate milkshake at dinner time? Have you been forcing Amy again to get you your favorites?"

Doreen teased her son a bit. After she left their mansion, Doreen was still a little upset about how Leah had talked to her, regardless of her older sister being drunk. Although she was disappointed in not being able to clear matters with Leah because Leah was not in the proper state at that moment, she still felt that she had to understand Leah's behavior for now. 

However, it was a different matter now after her discovery of Leah being adopted. She had decided to put things straight with Vincent.
