Not one to be outdone, Blackbeard unleashed a colossal dark energy ball. This was his ultimate attack, the same one that had crushed Ace, the Fire Fist.
With his enormous hand guiding it, the black ball slowly ascended.
Both Blackbeard and Shiryu stared wide-eyed, their gazes filled with anticipation.

The black dragon's roar sliced through the air like an unsheathed peerless sword, crushing and tearing apart the black ball, creating a gaping hole in its core.
Immediately after, it unleashed its world-destroying power upon the earth.

Just moments ago, the Five Elders had scolded him again during their phone call.
Sengoku lay back in his chair, staring blankly at the ceiling, offering condolences to the black dragon's ancestors up to the eighteenth generation.
Blue! Blue! Blue!
The bug phone on his desk buzzed, causing Sengoku to let out a sigh before picking it up. "This is Sengoku, what is it?"
"Marshal Sengoku, the black dragon has appeared in Dressrosa."
With Dressrosa making such a commotion, it was only a matter of time before the Marines received a report.
"That damned Doflamingo, colluding with the black dragon in secret? He truly believes that his status as a Warlord of the Sea grants him immunity from death!"
A moment later, Sengoku growled, his voice rising to an unbelievably high pitch.
Coincidentally, at that moment, Vice Admiral Crane, the chief staff officer, arrived. After hearing the news, she too was filled with anger.
"Doflamingo has crossed the line; he is inviting death upon himself!"
Sengoku glared at Vice Admiral Crane, hostility burning in his eyes, and asked, "Which Marine Admiral is closest to Dressrosa?"
Vice Admiral Crane tilted her head and examined the map. "Dressrosa is located in the New World, so it would be the G0 base. We should dispatch Xilan."
"But Sengoku, have you considered the consequences?" Vice Admiral Crane hesitated for a moment, speaking with a hint of fear. "Doflamingo's status is sensitive, and touching him would create a lot of trouble."
"I suggest you contact the Five Elders first and report this to them."
"I am the Marine Marshal!" Sengoku snorted unhappily, but he realized that Vice Admiral Crane was right. Reluctantly, he obediently reached out to the Five Elders, dialing their number.
Dealing with Doflamingo was a delicate matter, especially considering his former status as a Celestial Dragon. It was rumored that they held a significant secret that even the high-ranking officials of the World Government feared.
If they acted rashly, Doflamingo might resort to desperate measures.

On the deck, Admiral Xilan held up a sun umbrella, reclining leisurely on a couch by himself.
Meanwhile, he also called his mistress, Boa Hancock, who was currently getting ready.
"I heard that Luffy was bought by the Celestial Dragons," Boa Hancock said calmly.
"What, does it hurt?" Xilan playfully slapped her plump buttocks, causing Boa Hancock to wince in pain.
"Remember, you are my secret lover, and I forbid you to have contact with others," Xilan warned. "Otherwise, you won't have anything to eat. You know how I am."

"I'm tired of this kind of life. I want to find an honest and dependable man to marry. Is that wrong?" Boa Hancock asked.
Xilan gave Boa Hancock a deep look, a half-smile forming on his face.
Finally, he understood that she didn't actually like Luffy; she had merely used Luffy as a pick-up man.
After all, they had been together for many years, and their relationship had been filled with lavish indulgences. What man wouldn't mind?
Of course, there might be some who were attracted to Boa Hancock's beauty and didn't mind such arrangements, but they were merely obsessed with her body.
Boa Hancock was certain that Luffy wouldn't mind, given his naive and straightforward nature.

I'll be honest, I don't seem to be receiving that much support in the Power Stones aspect; all the people voting are mostly Discord friends at this point, and it's so disheartening to see...
