Selena’s POV

Driving to pick up drunk Charles in the middle of the night interrupted my evening. I'm always nervous about driving, and his words embarrass me. Fortunately, he went back to his bedroom last night and said nothing more, but I tossed and turned before falling asleep.

I woke up this morning feeling very tired, but I didn't want to miss training, so I went to the training ground according to the time.

On my way to the dressing room, I saw two women leaning against the door in the distance. These are the girls who helped Penelope bully me, Shirley and Amelia.

"Excuse me," I said coldly.

They have been picking on me in a variety of ways since the last time they bullied me badly. Penelope wasn't there for any of this, as if she "authorized" them to do it. Penelope seems to have a strong background in this pack, and all the young she-werewolves listen to her.
