Kayla’s POV
I stared in surprise at Nathan outside the car window, too shocked to respond to him. Instead, I turned to look at Harrison by my side.
As expected, Harrison's expression had turned dark. He pressed a button, and then he stared at Nathan outside, his eyes conveying a dangerous message.
The window lowered at a steady pace, and my heart was racing even faster. The two men glared at each other as if preparing for an invisible war.
"Do you know what you're doing?" Harrison was the first to speak. "If you don't want trouble, you better leave."
"Well, Mr. Morris, you're the one who parked your car outside my company building. In my territory, the one who should leave isn't me."
Faced with Harrison's threat, Nathan didn't back down. He even quickly put on a smile and once again directed his gaze at me.
