章節 31: Chapter 31: Miserable David
"It's impossible," the captain fell to his knees as he looked at his ship engulfed in flames, expressions of despair filled his face as he muttered.
"No way, everything I've worked for all these years is lost from me now, my men, my money and my ship are all gone from me" the captain had never suffered such a setback in his entire life, the psychological damage he received was very severe.
David looked at the captain who was talking to himself next to him and then looked at the ship with looks filled with hatred, he pulled out his sword and then with a quick wave of it he beheaded his captain, the captain's eyes were full of despair and he was unaware that he was beheaded by his deputy.
"David, What Have you done?"
"Have you gone crazy?" the Pirates looked at David and started yelling at him, their eyes were full of madness.
"Shut up, fools, don't you realize that we are stuck on this island with this little devil, and what did our captain do about it?", He started crying and sobbing like a little girl, this is not one of the qualities of a person we should call Captain, " David drew his sword and continued his speech firmly.
"I am the captain now, and anyone who has an objection, let him face my sword," David's words were harsh and made the rest of the Pirates shut up and did not dare to say anything.
David's point was correct, the captain should not show signs of weakness no matter what, and what David did is an ordinary thing, the pirate world is a place full of betrayals.
"Listen up, we're going to catch that kid and we're going to tear his body to pieces," David shouted loudly and began to motivate his crew members, who had lost their resolve.
"Yes," the Pirates began to shout hysterically while their faces were filled with looks of madness.

"This is unexpected" Arthur watched what was going on at the beach from a very distant place, he was upset about what was going on, his hand was injured and he can't fight well now, while there is still a strong enemy lurking behind him.
"I think I'll resort to another plan," an evil smile appeared on Arthur's face as a crazy idea occurred to him.

Night fell and the Pirates sat by the campfire while eating the meat of some rabbits and birds, several men stood around guarding the place with tense expressions, they tightened the guard well so that nothing sudden would happen again.
David sat in the middle of the camp while thinking deeply, most of their men were lost and only 17 people were left with him, while their ship was completely destroyed, and there is no hope for them to leave this place until after a very long time.
SLAASH!
"AHH!"
An annoying sound was made to cut off the air, followed by the scream of one of the Pirates assigned to guard.
"What's going on," all the Pirates stood up and pulled out their swords were with wary glances they began to inspect their surroundings.
"AAh" another dagger flew out and hit one of the Pirates in the neck in a blood-filled sight.
David grabbed his sword and began to send cutting waves from his sword that cut down all the trees around them.
"Where did he go" after David finished his wave of anger he began to inspect his surroundings full of pieces of felled trees, suddenly a small dagger flew towards him and with a quick movement David repelled him and sent a cutting wave to the place where the dagger flew from.
David and the Pirates continued to carefully monitor their surroundings, but even after a lot of time nothing happened.
It was a tense night, during which David lost two of his men.
The next morning, the Pirates resumed their search for Arthur, but they did not find anything and returned in the evening to their camp disappointed, but they found all their supplies burned and their camp was vandalized, this made David angry, but calmed himself down, and built another more primitive camp.
When night fell, Arthur returned again and attacked them with Flying Daggers, killing two of their men again.
The days passed and Arthur did the same thing, he spent the day hiding and training, at night he attacked them, at first he attacked them once every night and then he attacked them twice and finally he attacked them three times, the Pirates began to die under Arthur's daggers one by one, and at some point many of them surrendered and waited for death.
Arthur played on their psyche, so that he deprived them of sleep and made them live in an atmosphere of horror, as the night fell, nightmares began to haunt them.

[Two months later]
David sat by the beach while he grew a very big beard, his ugly face became full of dirt because he had not bathed all this time, his eyes were empty while he was muttering like crazy.
"The Satanic Child, The Satanic child "
Arthur sat on a tree a little far away and watched him calmly and there is a small smile on his face, everything went as planned, he eliminated all the Pirates and pursued David all this time, whenever David wants to do something Arthur attacks him.
Arthur grabbed a small dagger and sent it in David's direction, but David dodged it, pulled out his sword and attacked Arthur, Arthur dodged the sword and wanted to leave but suddenly stopped and returned.
The seated David suddenly raised his head and looked at the imam to find Arthur standing with a sword in his hand.
"Did you miss me," Arthur spoke in an uninterested voice.
"Hey, bastard" David jumped up and attacked Arthur maniacally, he started throwing his punches hysterically, his punches were very strong, Arthur dodged all the blows, whenever Arthur found a suitable opportunity he was attacked by the Shigan but David easily dodged Arthur's blows, David pulled out his sword and cut towards Arthur, Arthur pointed his sword and countered David's blow but he was weaker than David which made him rush back hard.
SLAASH!
David sent dozens of cutting waves in Arthur's direction, but Arthur dodged them all and stood over the trunk of a large tree
"Damn" Arthur jumped quickly and dodged the dagger flying towards him but he was a little slow which made the dagger hit his shoulder.
"Wahahahaha, how do you feel after falling for the same trick," David began to laugh hysterically while sending attacks from the cutting air with his sword.
When Arthur finds that he has no chance of defeating David, he runs away.
"Come back here, coward," when David saw that Arthur had run away and walked away from him, he began to shout at him while some tears came down from his face.
The days passed and Arthur returned to do the same, he spends his days training and annoying David, and from time to time he goes to fight David to test his level and progress, Arthur suffered during this period several serious injuries and sometimes loses some parts of his body, but because of the white light he is completely cured, this made David go crazy and he started delirious.
David no longer poses a big threat to Arthur, because of him Arthur's strength has increased significantly, as well as his combat experience has increased.
....
"After 5 months have passed "
"You annoying little kid," David shouted madly as he sent out several cutting waves, but Arthur easily dodged them and with quick steps reached David's side and attacked him with the Shigan.
"Uh" David screamed and blood leaked from his left shoulder, he cut with his sword towards Arthur but Arthur easily dodged the blow, Arthur stood in front of David and looked at him, during these five months David's body became thin and his hair and beard became very long and his face was no longer visible much, David's eyes were filled with despair and fear and his body was trembling violently as he looked at Arthur in front of him.
On the other hand, Arthur's body became healthier, his muscles became sculpted and strong, all the scars disappeared from his body, including the slave symbol, his black hair became very long and his brown eyes became brighter.
"That's enough for today" with a quick jump, Arthur left. he used to consider David just a tool for training, although Arthur became strong during this period, but in fact he is not as strong as David, the reason he is able to hurt him now is that David has become a weak person and he has lost concentration and become careless.
"Come back here please," tears filled David's face, who became like an old man, he lost his desire for life and became just a desperate person.
