An Hao and Chu Xiaoqiao came to see Qin Xue early in the morning only to find out she was out. Both were surprised, not knowing what she was up to. But after hearing from Xue Ling that she wouldn't be gone for long, they knew they wouldn't have to wait in vain.

"You're back. I thought we were going to wait for nothing today," An Hao said, upon seeing Qin Xue return with bags of stuff.

"I did tell Xue Ling I wouldn't be long. Why can't you guys trust me more?" Qin Xue replied, looking at them speechlessly.

She had even bought some tasty food on her way back. Considering their attitude, maybe she shouldn't have included their share and should just let them watch her eat.

"No, we came for breakfast, and someone disappeared early in the morning, leaving us hungry until now," An Hao complained, looking at Qin Xue with resentment. She and Chu Xiaoqiao had brought groceries for Qin Xue to cook something delicious, but Qin Xue ran off even before they showed up.
