Jaylene felt somewhat guilty about Joseph Thompson's illness due to his mother's surgery.

So, she immediately texted back: "Did she take any medicine? If it's really serious, she should probably go to the hospital."

"Joseph has always hated injections and medicine since he was a kid." Gale Summer texted back quickly.

It was then that Jaylene remembered that during their half year of being husband and wife, Joseph didn't really like taking medicine. In fact, she never accompanied him to the hospital, except the one time he was hospitalized for stomach disease, he discharged himself the next day.

Thinking about this, she frowned, typing on her mobile phone: "How old is he? Why is he still acting like a child?"
