"I've never seen anyone dumber than you." Irony filled Jordy's cold eyes. Before leaving, he warned her in a cold voice, "Don't ever think you can do whatever you want with Grandma's protection. This is my last warning for you, Gloria White. Goodbye."
Then Jordy left without looking back.
When the door was closed, strength seemed to have drained from Gloria's body. She slumped on the bed. Propping herself with one hand, she didn't fall.

Yanking herself out of the memories, Gloria was sitting on the bed, just like that day. The difference was that she didn't have to prop herself up today. An ironic look flashed across her eyes. This place only carried her memories of a miserable and tragic life.
