Gloria frowned. "What's this about?"
"Let's grab something to eat."
Met with her puzzlement, Jordy explained, "It's not the time for us to go back yet. We can eat something first."
She didn't refuse since she was indeed a bit hungry. She hadn't eaten much for lunch.
She was no longer so repulsive to him. In the past, she hated him because of their divorce. She hated him because he let her down. As time went by, she got over it. She no longer cared if she loathed him or not, and his indifference no longer upset her.
It didn't bother her that he was in touch with another woman. They had divorced after all. He was free to date anyone since he was single now. She felt nothing about the fact that Jordy and Rachel were dating.
She had moved on. She was fine with it as long as Jordy didn't cause trouble or force her against her will.
