It did not take long for Clyde, Evelyn, and Micah to arrive at her father's estate. The ride was much smoother than their ride had been the fae kingdom and Evelyn was thankful for that. She sighed as her house came into view.
"Are you alright?" Micah asked when he heard her sigh.
"I am fine," she smiled. "Just glad to be home."
"I understand," Micah replied. "I am sure you are ready to be back in your own bed for a while."
"I am," Evelyn replied and she focused on Clyde. He had not said much the entire journey and she worried that she had done something to upset him.
"Can you manage to get back to your estate with Micah?" He asked.
Evleyn nodded her head, "yes, we can do that."
"Good," Clyde replied. "I have to go meet George and take care of something. We will meet you back at your estate before sundown."
