"I guess it wasn't a fluke that you managed to achieve that for the first time, but it won't matter too much," Crine said, as he lifted his hands again. This time, around two meters out from where the two were standing, the water had risen in the air.

The spirals of water then went forward, and because it was out of range from where Mada could control his own visual Qi, he couldn't stop it from rising. It didn't matter though.
